Horses

Haven't done much of a horse update for a while, so Abby and I were out taking pictures the other day, and figured we'd add a few here!  Poor Magnum was left out of the photo shoot, though...:D  Hover over the pictures to find out who is who!

Luna is now almost 17 months old - she was a late 2006 foal.  We took her to 2 shows this summer and she ended up with a total of 3.5 ApHC points!  That is GREAT for a yearling - especially considering 3 of the points were against aged horses - and most of the points were first place finishes!  She is going to be a great one.

Glory is due in March with a Magnum baby.  She is just hanging out - same with Annie.  Annie is due in late February though.  This will be Annie's 2nd Magnum baby.  She had a beautiful filly in 2006 that we lost in a pasture accident.  We are especially excited for her baby.  Both mares are getting big bellies - at least I don't feel so alone!  

Peaches is just being a horse - she gives Abby an occasional 'pony ride' - although Peaches is far from being a pony...:D  Both of them seem to really enjoy it.  

Magnum (he isn't included because he can't be turned out with the girls...) will be leaving for the Allen's in mid/late January.  His little black book is already filling up with dates!  He'll be a busy boy this spring!
