Well, lets see...the last few weeks seem to have been pretty busy. Kristine had a couple barrel races, and I headed up to Eielson AFB, in Fairbanks for a day. I flew up in a C-12 and on the way up, the pilot took the plane for a loop around Mount McKinley. That was awesome. We were flying at about 21,000 feet, and the mountain was RIGHT THERE! Well, you'll see, look at the pictures below. Most of them are of the summit. There are also a few pictures from my Squadron Picnic. We had a cardboard boat race. It was a hoot. My "flight" won the race. Yay! Check out some of the boat designs! One afternoon, I got off work early so K and I went for a ride on the DRZ up Arctic Valley. It goes up the mountains above Anchorage along a gravel road for 7-some miles. It was a pretty view, but there is still some smoke from the fires in Alaska. ...and we threw in a few pictures of our pups. ~Jake
